What we collect

• Your mobile number. This is the one thing we actually need.
• Your first name, if you give it, so the door can greet you properly.
• Your email, only if you add one.
• Which nights you came to, recorded when we scan your pass at the door.
• The date, and the IP address and browser you signed up from, kept as the record of when and how you gave us permission.

What we do with it

We use it to run the list, get you through the door, and send you the invites and release news you asked for. Your check-in history is what moves you up a tier and unlocks perks. Nothing else.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. The only outside companies that touch your details are the ones that deliver the service: our database host, our text message provider, and our email provider. They act on our instructions and cannot use your information for themselves.

Stopping and deleting

Reply STOP to any text and the texts end. Use the unsubscribe link at the foot of any email and the emails end. Both are recorded the moment they happen, and our full messaging terms cover how that works.

To have everything we hold about you deleted, write to info@stressfreerecords.com from the number or address you signed up with, or tell us what it was. We will confirm when it is done.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are on the list. If you ask us to delete you, we remove your details and keep only the record that a deletion happened, because we have to be able to show that we honoured it.

Age

The list is for adults. Do not sign up if you are under 18.
